Bouncy castle hire Derby
1. How do I book?
You can contact us by phone/email or you can complete our booking form on the bookings page to book online.
2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book at any time however bookings can get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, you can contact us on the day as we may have a bouncy castle available.
3. How much does it cost?
see the inflatables page for all our prices, prices may vary depending on your intended use i.e.Home/Business or Area.
4. What do the prices include?
All of our bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, They may be a small charge for out of area deliveries, (please check your delivery area for delivery rates). You will receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker, and safety crash mat, all price also includes set up, inflation and collection when you are finished.
5. When are your bouncy castles available?
all of our bouncy castles are available 7 days a week all year round also including Bank Holidays.
6. How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle between 10am and your starting time we will then come and pick the castle away after your party finishes pick up time can be arranged to suit but it can be no later than 5pm.
7. Do you hire overnight?
yes, Overnight option is available on all units provided the bouncy castle will be in a secure gated back garden the overnight charge of £25 only covers you for use of the castle from 5pm until the following day where the driver will collect between 8am - 12pm
8. Do I have to pay a deposit?
there will be no deposit required.
9. How do I pay?
Most people will choose to pay cash on delivery of the castle, we are currently taking bank transfer the evening before your booking where you will be sent the details after your confirmation calls we do not accept credit card/cheque payments on the delivery of your castle.
10. What happens if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime, all we ask is that you contact us via phone or email to let us know you want to cancel and that you give us as much notice as possible.
11. What happens if the weather is not good
Certain weather conditions are classed as unsafe for the use of inflatable equipment. In these cases, we ourselves would have to cancel to adhere to health and safety guidelines, we will contact you directly to advise you of our decision explaining why, if this is the case all payments will be fully refunded if any have been made.
you also have the right to cancel even if we choose to go ahead with your booking this is provided it’s before your delivery and any payments made will be refunded but if you accept your delivery then there is no refunds given as your made decision to go ahead with your booking.
12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
If this is a slight slope it might be possible, but you will need to discuss this with us prior to the booking to avoid disappointment.
13. Can you set up on concrete/driveways/gravel/decking?
We can but we ask that you state this when making your booking.
14. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
Our inflatables take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack away. However, these are only estimated times, times may vary depending on which bouncy castle you have on hire.
15. How much space is needed?
You will need access of a clear 100cm on level ground from the roadway to where the inflatable is going to be sited. (For any inflatable larger than 15ft x 15ft) You will need to allow at least 5 feet at the front and 3ft at the back of the castle and 3 feet at the sides this will allow access to the blower at back. All we ask is that all garden items such as garden toys such as swings and slides also patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be inflated.
16. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We will supply all the hardware you need for your castle, All you will need to provide is a 240volts mains power supply.
17. Do you supply safety instructions?
yes, we do please ask your driver upon the delivery of your bouncy castle.
